Philosophy on Movement: As a Polestar Pilates trained teacher, Angela believes in impacting the world through intelligent movement. She believes that challenging our body to move in healthy patterns in a variety of ways will PREPARE us to work and play hard. Precision and conscious awareness during training will carry over into strong, healthy unconscious movements and PROTECT us during the demands of our day to day lives. If we push past our limits re-training healthy movement will RESTORE our confidence and physical abilities to live the life we desire.
